At Renviro Power, the way we work is as important as the work itself. This Code of Conduct sets out the standards we hold ourselves to in every interaction, every install, and every rebate application.
1. Honest advice
We provide clear, accurate information about products, pricing, and rebates. We do not oversell, do not recommend systems beyond your needs, and do not inflate quotes. If a smaller or simpler solution is right for your home, we'll tell you.
2. Transparent pricing
Quotes are fixed-price and include rebate values where applicable. We disclose any conditions, limitations, or assumptions upfront. No hidden charges, no last-minute add-ons.
3. Quality workmanship
All installations are carried out by appropriately licensed plumbers and electricians. We comply with relevant Australian Standards, manufacturer specifications, and Victorian Energy Upgrades program requirements. Every install is signed off and certified.
4. Respect for your home
We treat your property with care. We arrive on time, communicate clearly about access and timing, and leave the worksite clean.
5. Rebate integrity
We submit rebate applications honestly and accurately. We never misrepresent eligibility, system specifications, or installation details to obtain rebates that wouldn't otherwise be due. We comply with all program terms and provide records on request.
6. Privacy and confidentiality
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We share your information only as needed to fulfil quotes, installations, and rebate applications, or as required by law.
7. Aftercare
Our responsibility doesn't end at handover. We honour all warranties (up to 7 years on system, 2 years on labour, manufacturer warranty pass-through where applicable) and respond promptly to service requests.
8. Safety
Our team follows safe-work practices on every site. We hold relevant insurances including public liability cover. Concerns about safety on a job can be raised at any time.
9. Equal treatment
We treat customers, staff, suppliers, and contractors fairly and respectfully, regardless of background. Discrimination, harassment, and bullying are not tolerated.
10. Compliance and accountability
We comply with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and industry codes. If we make a mistake, we own it and put it right. If you ever feel we've fallen short of these standards, please contact us — we want to know.
